Career Framework
The FOHN Career Framework provides an overview of areas of practice and levels in Nursing. These can be used by individuals, service users, employers, managers, funders, commissioners and the profession.
A career in occupational health can be diverse and follow a number of different pathways:
- Activity specific ie. case management, health assessment, travel health
- Specialty training in occupational health to become a generalist and practice safely
- Advancing your practice ie. leadership, audit, research, teaching/training
